These bird butterfly garden seeds provide beautiful flowers for you, along with seeds and nectar for hummingbirds and butterflies. It’s a win-win!

Select the Right Spot: Choose a location with full sun exposure, as this mix thrives in areas that receive at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily.

Prepare the Soil: Loosen the top 2-3 inches of soil, removing any weeds, rocks, or debris to create a smooth, fine surface.

Sow the Seeds: Evenly distribute the seeds over the prepared area. Use a planting rate of 7 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. or 10-20 lbs. per acre.

Rake Lightly: Gently rake the soil to cover the seeds, ensuring they have good soil contact but are not buried too deeply.

Water Immediately: After sowing, water the area thoroughly to help the seeds settle into the soil.

Maintain Moisture: Keep the soil consistently moist until seedlings are well established. This may require daily watering in dry conditions.

Thin Seedlings: Once seedlings are a few inches tall, thin them to avoid overcrowding and promote healthier growth.

Monitor Growth: Regularly check for pests and diseases, and address any issues promptly to ensure healthy plants.
